1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or purchasing from GoldIPTV (https://goldiptv.shop), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
2. Nature of the Service
We provide digital streaming access credentials (M3U links and Xtream Codes API access) designed for playback on compatible third-party client media players and hardware. We do not manufacture physical television hardware, nor do we develop the third-party client applications (such as TiviMate or IBO Player) utilized by customers.
3. Account Usage and Connections
Each standard subscription provides access for one (1) active connection at any given time, unless a multi-connection package was explicitly purchased. Sharing login credentials across multiple simultaneous streams will trigger automated server security locks.
4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their playback hardware and internet connectivity meet the minimum bandwidth requirements. Customers agree not to re-stream, redistribute, or commercially broadcast feed streams.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we maintain a 99.9% uptime target through clustered server architecture, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed due to potential third-party network outages or international transit issues beyond our control.
